How we use information

• To provide, maintain, secure, and improve Iceberg and its core estimate workflow.
• To authenticate users, manage accounts, support password resets, and offer optional security features such as multi-factor authentication.

• To generate, deliver, and track estimate-sharing and related transactional emails.

Service providers and disclosures

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with vendors that help us provide authentication, hosting and database infrastructure, file storage, billing, transactional email, and analytics. Estimate sharing and client data

Iceberg allows you to generate share links and send client-facing estimate emails. Information included in those workflows may contain client names, email addresses, estimate details, approval records, and related business content you choose to include. You are responsible for the accuracy of the client data you enter and for using the sharing tools in compliance with your legal and contractual obligations.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Your choices and rights
